Charlie McCaffrey is one of the Athlete Trainers at GCA that has a broad background and is a very well rounded coach.  Charlie was hired for his knowledge and experience with Speed & Agility and Strength & Conditioning.  Charlie has proven training methods that bring out the strengths in an individuals performance as well as build up weaknesses to create a well rounded and balanced athlete.
    Charlie is also one our personal trainers and sees great results with his clients for weight loss, lean muscle gain, and overall body composition change.
